Light and Mud is a Mexican American art company led by yours truly, Sofía Rosales Juárez—an artist, writer and art therapist. I’m doing this because I’m passionate about using what I’ve learned as an art therapist and an artist to help people learn to love and value themselves. I sell artwork that I make and lead workshops and events to fund this movement.
