Light and Mud is a Mexican American art company led by yours truly, Sofía Rosales Juárez—an educator, artist, writer and art therapist.

My mission is to empower the Latinx immigrant community—especially women—to heal generational trauma and embrace self-worth through art, education, and cultural connection. I create meaningful art and lead transformative workshops to inspire self-awareness, self-love, and mental health advocacy rooted in compassion and presence.
